Shipping
Shipping calculations are performed in real time based on the destination address and the items ordered. During checkout the shipping total will be displayed prior to payment and will be revised each time you change the cart contents. Items will be shipped within 2 to 3 days of placing your order via the ship method you select during checkout. You will receive an email confirming your order upon checkout and the status of the order will be updated when the items are shipped and then again when they are delivered.
Returns and Refunds
With most items in the store, we will exchange them if they are delivered damaged, or are the wrong items shipped. We will gladly exchange for correct sizes where applicable. We do not issue cash refunds under any conditions so as to limit fraud. Sorry, but all software is non returnable if it has been opened. Most if not all items are under manufacturers warranty and can be remedied through the manufacturer. We will be more than happy to assist you in getting in touch with the appropriate manufacturer.
